Commercialhotels, serviced apartments, build-to-rent

rooms ready for the guest, quiet when empty

The room warms up before check-in, sets back when the guest leaves, pauses when a window opens. Short and long stays switch automatically, and every room's energy is measured.

  1. 01

    Check-in sets the room

The property management system tells the BMS who arrives when; the room reaches its welcome setpoint and scene before the key is used (REST API).

  2. 02

    Prepared, not overheated

Rooms are conditioned just in time from the arrival list, not kept warm all day.

  3. 03

    Welcome scene, quiet night

The room greets the guest with a welcome light scene at check-in; bedside scenes dim to a warm night light, corridors light up on presence and dim with daylight, and everything switches off when the room is empty.

  4. 04

    Empty rooms set back

Unoccupied and unsold rooms drop to an economy setpoint automatically.

  5. 05

    Open window, heating paused

Window contacts stop heating or cooling while the window is open.

  6. 06

    Short and long stays switch

The same unit runs as a hotel room or a rental apartment and switches automatically — as in Haga Home, Tallinn.

  7. 07

Energy per room and per tenant

Consumption per room for the operator, per apartment for long-stay tenants, billing-ready.

  8. 08

    Charging at the drop-off

Guest and staff charging with AMP X VOLT on the same platform and connection.

Ask your AI assistant

What operators ask

“Can the building automation connect to our hotel PMS so rooms are ready at check-in?”

Yes. Bisly exposes a documented REST API with tokens per integration; arrival and departure data from the PMS sets each room's setpoint and scene, and unoccupied rooms set back automatically.

“Can one building run hotel rooms and long-stay rentals at the same time?”

Yes. Units switch between short-stay and long-stay operation automatically, as in Haga Home, Tallinn, with metering per apartment for long-stay tenants.
